两种不同口腔护理方法对化疗性口腔黏膜炎的临床效果比较

目的 研究康复新液联合口腔溃疡涂剂与西瓜霜喷剂,对化疗所致口腔黏膜炎(OM)的临床效果.方法 将3年内医院化疗所致OM的肿瘤患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组用康复新液和U腔溃疡涂剂；对照组用西瓜霜喷剂,疗程5d.结果 5d后,治疗组40例,显效16例,有效22例,有效率为95.0％;对照组40例,显效4例,有效14例,有效率为45.0％,两组的疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 康复新液联合口腔溃疡涂剂,对OM的治疗效果较西瓜霜喷剂好,值得临床推广使用.

Comparison of clinical effect of two different oral nursing methods for oral mucosal infections caused by chemotherapy

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effect of Kang Fuxin liquid combined oral ulcer paste and watermelon frost on chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis(oral mucositis,OM).METHODS A total of 80 cases of tumor patients with OM caused by chemotherapy in past three years were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Kang Fuxin Liquid combined oral ulcer paste for 5 days,and the control group was treated with watermelon frost for 5 days.RESULTS Five days later,in treatment group.of 40 cases 16 cases were significantly effective,22 cases effective,effective rate was 95.0% of 40 cases in control group 4 cases were significantly effective,14 cases effective,the effective rate was 45.0% the treatment group and the control group′s efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Kang Fuxin liquid combined oral ulcer paste on OM treatment is much better than watermelon frost and can be used as the preferred drug.
