小儿康复科医院感染管理现状及监控措施

目的 了解基层儿童医院小儿康复科医院感染管理现状,提出监控措施.方法 调查分析基层儿童医院小儿康复科医院感染管理现状,制定预防和控制医院感染的对策.结果 基层儿童医院小儿康复科医院感染管理在制度、职工医院感染防范意识、洗手依从性,训练室分布、训练器具的清洁等方面存在不足.结论 基层儿童医院小儿康复科医院感染管理问题突出,应该引起重视,必须采取综合治理措施,进行规范化管理,才能有效地预防与控制基层儿童医院小儿康复科医院感染的发生.

Current status of nosocomial infection management in children rehabilitation department and monitoring measures

OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of nosocomial infection management in rehabilitation department of grassroots children hospital and to explore corresponding monitoring measures.METHODS The current status of nosocomial infection management in rehabilitation department was investigates and analyzed,the countermeasures for prevention and control of hospital infection were formulated.RESULTS There were shortcomings in nosocomial infection management in rehabilitation department of our hospital in the management system,protection awareness,hand washing compliance,distribution of training room,and hygiene of the training appliance,and so on.CONCLUSION The problems in the nosocomial infection management in rehabilitation department of grassroots children′s hospital are highlighted.It is necessary to take comprehensive management measures to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections.
