临床药师干预清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的对比分析

目的 评价临床药师干预医院甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、疝气修补术3种清洁手术抗菌药物预防应用的效果.方法 分别抽取2009年10-12月出院的3种清洁手术病例共120例(干预前)和2010年10-12月出院的3种清洁手术病例共120例(干预后),针对抗菌药物预防应用的合理性进行评价.结果 经临床药师干预,清洁手术围术期患者预防应用抗菌药物在适应证、药物选择、用法用量、用药时机、给药途径、溶酶选择、病历中通用名书写等各方面较干预前均得到明显改善.结论 临床药师对围术期预防应用抗菌药物进行干预的方法是可行、有 效的,能提高抗菌药物合理使用率,降低药物费用,对促进临床安全、有效、经济的应用抗菌药物具有良好效果.

Intervention in prophylactic application of antibacterials by clinical pharmacists during perioperative period of cleaning operation

OBJECTIVE To assess the effect of clinical pharmacist’s intervening in the antibiotic medicine application for thyroid surgery,breast surgery and hemia repair surgery(3 cleaning operations).METHODS A total of 120 cases(before the intervention) who underwent the above three cleaning operations and discharged from Oct 2009 to Dec 2009 in our hospital were collected,and 120 cases from Oct 2010 to Dec 2010(after the intervention) were chosen,the rationality of preventative application for antibiotics was analyzed.RESULTS After the interventions by the clinical pharmacists,the preventative application of medicine for cleaning surgery was improved obviously as compared with pre-intervention in aspects of the indications,medicine selection,dose,timing for medication,route of administration,lyase selection,and common terms written in medical records.CONCLUSION The intervention to the preventative application of antibiotics by the clinical pharmacists is feasible and effective,which can improve the rational application of antibiotics,decrease medical cost,and promote safe,effective,and economical use of antibiotics.
