摘    要:目的 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中病原菌的阳性率.方法 收集97例慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液,分别用16S rRNA基因PCR方法和细菌培养法进行检测,比较两种方法检测 病原菌的敏感性.结果 97例慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中,PCR方法检测出58例,阳性率为59.79%,培养法检出10例,阳性率为10.31%,PCR方法检出率明显高于培养法(P<0.01).结论 16S rRNA基因PCR检测方法具有快速,特异性和敏感性高等特点.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To apply polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique for the detection of pathogens in patients with chronic prostatitis.METHODS Prostatic secretions were collected from 97 patients with chronic prostatitis.Pathogens detection was performed by using 16S rRNA gene PCR and bacterial culture method respectively,and the susceptibility of the two methods was compared.RESULTS Among the 97 prostatic secretions,58 cases were detected by PCR method with the positive rate of 59.79%,and only 10 cases were detected positive by bacterial culture method with the positive rate of 10.31%.The detection rate by PCR method was significantly higher than the bacterial culture method(P<0.01).CONCLUSION 16S rRNA gene PCR is a rapid method for pathogen detection with high specificity and sensitivity.
