辅助生殖前感染性指标检测及意义

目的 了解辅助生殖前患者感染性指标的存在状况,以制定应对措施.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,对辅助生殖前患者的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、苍白密螺旋体(TP)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体(HCV)、人免疫缺陷病毒抗体(HIV)进行检测,并从年度、性别及年龄方面进行统计分析.结果 调查8年结果,HBsAg、HBeAg、TP、HCV和HIV的阳性率分别为4.93％、0.96％、0.84％、0.37％和0.02％；各项指标阳性率均为男＞女,并且HBsAg、HBeAg两个指标不同性别间差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)；HBsAg、TP的阳性率随年龄增大而增高,而且前者在女性差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),后者在男性差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；男性HBeAg阳性率随年龄增长而降低(P＜0.05).结论 在辅助生殖前患者中存在各项感染性指标,并以HBV为主,女性HBsAg阳性率、男性TP阳性率与年龄呈正相关,而男性HBeAg阳性率与年龄呈负相关;通过检测,可提高辅助生殖的成功率并达到优生目的,同时避免医院感染和医疗纠纷的发生.

Detection of infectious indicators before assisted reproduction and its significance

OBJECTIVE To understand the infectious indicators of infectious conditions of the patient before the assisted reproduction so as to develop the response measures.METHODS The HBV,TP,HCV and HIV in the patients before assisted reproduction were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method,statistical analysis was carried out from the annual,gender,and age.RESULTS For the results of 8 years’ investigation,the positive rates of HBsAg,HBeAg,TP,HCV and HIV were 4.93%,0.96%,0.84%,0.37%,and 0.02%,respectively;from the perspective of gender,the positive rates of the various indicators were higher in the male than in the female,the differences in the HBsAg and HBeAg of the different genders were statistically significant(all P 0.05);from the perspective of age,the positive rates of HBsAg and TP increased with the age,and former in the female(P<0.05),the latter in the male(P<0.05);the positive rate of HBeAg of the male decreased with the increasing age(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Of the various indictors for the patients before assisted reproductions,HBV-based,the positive rate of female HBsAg and the positive rate of male TP are positively correlated with age,while the positive rate of the male HBeAg is negatively correlated with age;it can improve the success rate of assisted reproduction and achieve eugenic purposes,as well as avoid nosocomial infections and the medical disputes through the detection.
