227例住院患者抗菌药物使用的横断面调查及分析

目的 了解医院抗菌药物使用情况,采取针对性控制措施,使抗菌药物应用趋于合理.方法 采用横断面调查方法,对2010年8月13日0:00-24:00的住院患者进行抗菌药物使用调查.结果 227例住院患者中,抗菌药物使用率为69.60％;其中治疗、治疗加预防、预防用药分别占36.71％、11.39％、51.90％;抗菌药物单用、二联、三联使用率分别占68.35％、29.75％、1.90％；在全院各科室中以外科使用率最高,为93.24％,其次是妇产科为90.00％、五官科为88.89％.全院治疗性用药病原学送检率(包括治疗+预防用药)为48.68％.结论 医院抗菌药物使用率高,经验用药普遍,围手术期用药不规范,需要加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理.

Cross-sectional survey of application of antibiotics in 227 hospitalized patients

OBJECTIVE To understand the application of antibiotics in hospital and adopt control measures to rationalize the application of antimicrobial agents.METHODS Cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the application of antimicrobial agents in the hospitalized patients during 0∶00 to 24∶00 pm on Aug.13,2010.RESULTS Among 227 hospitalized patients,the application rate of antibiotics was 69.60%;drug used for treatment,for treatment plus prevention,for prevention accounted for 36.71%,11.39%,and 51.90%,respectively;the application rates of single drug,two-drug,and triple-drug application were 68.35%,29.75%,and 1.90%,respectively;the application rate in surgery department was the highest(93.24%),followed by department of obstetrics and gynecology(90.00%) and ENT(88.89%).The etiological submission rate for the therapeutic drug use(including treatment and prevention) was 48.68%.CONCLUSION The application rate of antimicrobial agents is high and empiric medication is very common.Application in perioperative period is non-standardized.We should strengthen the management of rational use of antibiotics.
