嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌的感染分布及耐药性,为合理应用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 采用美国Microscan Autoscan-4微生物分析仪对细菌做鉴定和药敏试验,应用WHONET 5.4软件对数据进行分析.结果 嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌占同期全部细菌的2.3%,主要分布于神经外科,以痰分离最多;该菌对米诺环素耐药率最低为2.1%,其次为磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶8.5%、左氧氟沙星为9.6%、替卡西林/克拉维酸为23.4%、环丙沙星为26.6%,其余抗菌药物耐药率均≥60.0%,细菌多药耐药现象严重.结论 嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌主要引起下呼吸道感染,多药耐药情况严重,临床应重视监测药敏结果,根据药敏结果合理应用抗菌药物.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution and drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and offer basis for rational application of antibiotics.METHODS The identification and the drug susceptibility testing of the bacteria were performed with Microscan Autoscan-4;the data were analyzed with software WHONET 5.4.RESULTS S.maltophilia isolates accounted for 2.3% of all the isolated bacteria,which mainly distributed in department of neurosurgery and isolated from sputum.The drug resistance rate to minocycline was the lowest(2.1%),followed by sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim(8.5%),levofloxacin(9.6%),ticarcillin/ clavulanic acid(23.4%) and ciprofloxacin(26.6%),the resistance rates to other antibiotics were higher than 60.0%,the multidrug-resistance was serious.CONCLUSION S.maltophilia mainly causes respiratory tract infections and shows serious multiple drug resistance;the antibiotics should be reasonably used in accordance with the result of drug susceptibility testing.
