糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床分析

目的 探讨糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床特点.方法 对住院260例泌尿系感染合并糖尿病患者及96例泌尿系感染非糖尿病患者的临床特点进行分析.结果 与非糖尿病组相比较,糖尿病组患者尿细菌计数高者明显增多,细菌计数＞5万/ml者占糖尿病组总例数的21.2％；糖尿病组无尿路刺激症状者比例74.6％,明显高于非糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),糖尿病组帐有尿路刺激症状者及无症状者细菌分类差异无统计学意义,糖尿病合并泌尿系感染最常见的病原菌是大肠埃希菌,其次是肺炎克雷伯菌、表皮葡萄球菌等.结论 糖尿病患者泌尿系感染时细菌计数高,起病隐袭,应及早发现,合理治疗.

Clinical analysis of urinary system infections combined with diabetes mellitus

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics of urinary system infections in diabete mellitus patients.METHODS An analysis of the clinical characteristics of 260 hospitalized diabetic patients complicating urinary system infections and 96 hospitalized non-diabetic patients with urinary system infections was performed.RESULTS Compared with the non-diabetic patients group,the bacteria counting in the diabetic patients group was increased.The bacteria counting over 50 000 /ml in the diabetic patient group was 21.2%.The non-symptom patients in diabetic patient group were 74.6%,more than those in the non-diabetic patients group(P<0.01).There were no significant difference of pathogens between symptom group and non-symptom group in diabetic patients.In diabetic patient complicating urinary system infections,the most common pathogen was Escherichia coli,and the next was Klebsiella pneumoniae,then Staphylococcus epidermidis,etc.CONCLUSION The bacterial count in diabetic patients complicating urinary system infections is high.But it’s not easy to be discovered.It must be diagnosed early and treated reasonably.
