80例医务人员锐器伤环节调查与分析

目的 调查分析锐器伤环节,为进一步预防锐器伤提供参考依据.方法 对2008-2010年80例医务人员锐器伤资料进行统计分析.结果 80例锐器伤中护士占52.5％、医师占18.8％；工作年限中5～10年占47.5％;发生场所病房占41.3％、手术室占32.5％；暴露源HBV占57.5％、苍白密螺旋体占17.5％；各类穿刺及手术过程中锐器伤发生率为44.3％,操作后锐器处置时锐器伤发生率为38.8％.结论 医护人员是锐器伤的高危人群,手术及穿刺过程中的不规范行为、操作后锐器的不当处置,是锐器伤的主要环节；加强医务人员职业防护知识培训,普及预防接种,落实标准预防措施,能有效预防医务人员血源性感染.

Investigation and analysis of sharp instrument injuries in 80 medical staff

OBJECTIVE To conduct statistical analysis of the link of sharp instrument injuries so as to provide reference for further prevention of sharp instrument injuries.METHODS Statistical analysis of the data of sharp instrument injuries in 80 medical staff from 2008 to 2010 was performed.RESULTS Of 80 cases with sharp instrument injuries,the nurses accounted for 52.5%,the doctors accounted for 18.8%;the staff with work service life for 5-10 years accounted for 51.5%;41.3% of the sharp injuries occurred in the wards,and 32.5% occurred in the operating rooms;of the exposure source to the sharp injuries,HBV accounted for 57.5%,and Treponema pallidum accounted for 17.5%;44.3% of the sharp injuries occurred during the process of puncture and operation,38.8% occurred as the disposal of sharp instruments after operation.CONCLUSION Medical personnel is high-risk group for sharp instrument injury,the sharp instrument injuries frequently occur in the process of operation and puncture and the improper disposal of the used instruments;to strengthen the awareness of protection of the medical personnel,popularize the vaccination,and implement standard prevention measures can effectively prevent blood-borne infections in medical personnel.
