影响呼吸机管路清洗消毒效果因素的分析

目的 探讨影响呼吸机管路清洗消毒效果的因素.方法 认真把好呼吸机管路在回收、预处理、摆放方式、清洗消毒程序与方式、合理干燥时间、呼吸机管路消毒效果监测的每个环节的质量.结果 提高每个环节的质量要求,使影响呼吸机管路清洗消毒效果的因素减少,清洗消毒合格率为100.0％,保证呼吸机管路在有效的时间内安全使用.结论 采用全自动清洗机进行集中清洗消毒,提高了呼吸机管路的清洗质量,为提高医疗护理质量,控制和预防医院感染起着至关重要的作用.

Factors affecting cleaning and disinfection of ventilator pipelines

OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors affecting the cleaning and disinfection of ventilator pipelines.METHODS The quality of recycling,pretreatment,display mode,cleaning and disinfection procedure and method,reasonable drying time,monitoring of sterilization effect were controlled.RESULTS The quality of every aspect was improved and the factors affecting cleaning and disinfection of the ventilator pipelines were reduced.It was ensured that the qualification rate of the cleaning and disinfection was 100.0% and that ventilator pipelines were used in effective time.CONCLUSION Adopting full automatic washing machine for centralized cleaning and disinfection improves the cleaning quality of the ventilator pipelines and the quality of medical care,which plays an important role in control and prevention of nosocomial infections.
