肿瘤患者真菌医院感染情况及耐药性分析

目的 研究肿瘤患者深部真菌感染的病原菌构成特点及抗菌药物敏感性分析,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供较为科学的依据.方法 对205例真菌感染的肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析,真菌的培养和药敏试验严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行.结果 肿瘤患者真菌医院感染以呼吸道为主,占81.4％,其次是泌尿生殖道,占11.2％；真菌感染以白色假丝酵母菌为主,占75.6％,其次为热带假丝酵母菌,占6.4％；真菌药敏试验结果表明,真菌对于两性霉素B和制霉菌素的敏感性最好,对咪唑类药物的敏感性相对较低.结论 重视肿瘤患者真菌感染的病原学检查和药敏试验,能有效控制感染.

Fungal infections in tumor patients and analysis of drug resistance

OBJECTIVE To research the flora distribution and analyze antimicrobial susceptibility in fungal nosocomial infections in tumor patients and offer scientific basis for the clinical reasonable application of antibiotics.METHODS The retrospective reviews were performed to analyze the 205 cases of fungal nosocomial infections in tumor department.Fungal cultivation and susceptibility test were performed strictly according to Rules of Operation in Clinical Laboratory of Nationwide.RESULTS The respiratory tract was the main site in fungal nosocomial infections in the tumor patients,accounting for 81.4%,the genitourinary tract infection rated the second,accounting for 11.2%;Candida albicans infection was the major fungal infections,accounting for 75.6%,followed by Candida tropicalis(6.4%);the susceptibility test showed the susceptibility of fungi to amphotericin B and nystatin was the highest,and the sensitivity to azole drugs was relatively low.CONCLUSION We should attach importance to etiological detection and the drug susceptibility testing for the tumor patients with fungal infections in order to control the infections effectively.
