肿瘤外科手术部位感染的相关因素探讨

目的 探讨肿瘤外科手术部位感染的相关因素.方法 对医院2006年7月-2011年6月116例恶性肿瘤手术患者的资料进行回顾性分析.结果 116例外科肿瘤手术患者中,发生手术部位切口感染14例,占12.1％,与年龄、并发慢性疾病、糖尿病、乳腺手术置管时间、引流量、肥胖有关,分析结果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在进行外科肿瘤手术前,充分预测患者的感染概率,对具备各高危感染因素的患者应加强围术期的控制,将预防、监测和控制有效结合,最大限度地降低手术部位的感染率,进一步提高医疗服务质量.

Investigation of relevant factors for tumor surgical site infections

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relevant factors for tumor surgical site infections.METHODS Clinical data of 116 patients undergoing malignant tumor surgical operation from July 2006 to June 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS Among 116 patients,14 had surgical site infection,accounting for 12.1%.The analysis showed that it was related with age,concurrent chronic disease,diabetes,catheterization time in breast surgery,drainage flow and obesity.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Before tumor surgery,the probability of infection should be fully predicted for each patient.Control of risk factors for infections should be strengthened in the perioperative period.Prevention,monitoring and control should be combined effectively to reduce surgical site infections.
