牙龈炎冲洗器在防治肿瘤泵注化疗致口腔炎中的临床观察

目的 观察牙龈炎冲洗器对恶性肿瘤患者泵注化疗所致口腔炎的防治作用.方法 将80例行泵注化疗的肿瘤患者分为两组,观察组41例,使用牙龈冲洗器,对照组39例,使用复方氯己定漱口,观察两组口腔炎发生率、口腔炎的构成、愈合所需的时间.结果 观察组口腔炎发生率为2.44％,愈合所需时间为3d;对照组口腔炎发生率为15.38％,口腔炎愈合所需时间波动于3～14 d,平均6d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 牙龈炎冲洗器对防治肿瘤泵注化疗所致口腔炎疗效显著.

Clinical observation on efficacy of gingivitis flusher in preventing and treating stomatitis induced by tumor chemotherapy of pumping

OBJECTIVE To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of stomatitis induced by the chemotherapy of pumping injection on the malignant tumor patients with gingivitis flusher.METHODS A total of 80 cases of cancer patients with chemotherapy of pumping injection were divided into two groups,the gingivitis flushers were applied in the 41 cases of the observation group and the compound chlorhexidine was used to rinse the mouth for the 39 cases of the control group.The incidence rate of stomatitis,construction of stomatitis,and time for healing among the two groups were observed.RESULTS The incidence of stomatitis that occurred in observation group was 2.44%,the healing time required for 3 days;the incidence of stomatitis that occurred in the control group was 15.38%;the healing time for stomatitis fluctuated from 3 to 14 days with 6 days on average,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The gingivitis flusher has significant curative effect on preventing and treating stomatitis induced by tumor chemotherapy of pumping injection.
