玻璃体切除联合硅油填充治疗儿童外伤性感染性眼内炎

目的 观察玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术对儿童眼内炎患者视功能重建的疗效.方法 对13例(13眼)儿童眼内炎患者行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术,术后随访6～18个月,观察术后视力改变、眼压维持、视网膜改变等情况.结果 13例(13眼)患儿术后均保持了完整的眼球形态,有12例(12眼)患儿视力有不同程度的提高(1～2个级别).结论 儿童眼内炎患者,术后尽早行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术,可获得尽可能多的视功能.

Vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade treatment of traumatic infectious endophthalmitis in children

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of the silicone oil combined with vitrectomy in reconstruction of visual function in childhood endophthalmitis. METHODS A total of 13 patients(13 eyes) with childhood endophthalmitis underwent vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade were followed up for 6 to 18 months to observe changes in visual acuity,intraocular pressure maintenance,retinal changes and so on after operation. RESULTS 13 patients(13 eyes) maintained complete eye morphology after operation.12 patients(12 eyes) had improved visual acuity(1 or 2 levels). CONCLUSION Children with endophthalmitis should undergo vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade as early as possible,which results in better visual functions.
