摘    要:目的 观察综合保温措施对手术患者术后切口感染发生的影响.方法 将择期结直肠癌手术患者随机分为两组;观察组将手术室温度设置为24~26 uC,湿度40%~60%,手术床加铺电子恒温毯,加盖恒温毯,输入液体、血液用液体加温仪加温、冲洗液用恒温箱加温至37℃,对照组按常规进行手术;比较综合保温措施对手术患者术后发生切口感染的影响.结果 观察组患者的体温在手术结束时为36.8℃,高于对照组;对照组51例患者中,4例发生术后切口感染,感染率7.8%;观察组57例患者中有2例发生切口感染,感染率为3.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 术中采取保温措施可有效预防手术患者术后切口感染的发生,降低手术的危险因素,增加患者的舒适感.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of heat preservation during perioperative period on postoperative infection after colorectal cancer operation. METHODS Patients receiving colorectal cancer operation were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group 1 received the surgery under certain conditions of 24~26 ℃ and 40%-60% humidity in surgical room,electronic thermostatic preheated tick and quilt on operating table,preheated infusion and blood at 37 ℃ with a liquid heater,preheated washing liquid at 37 ℃ with a thermostatic heater.Group 2 just received the routine surgery.Then the effect of heat preservation on postoperative infection of patients were observed and examined. RESULTS Patients in group 1 had higher body temperature of 36.8 ℃ than group 2,and the postoperative infection rate of 3.5% in 2 of 51 cases in group 1 is lower than that of 7.8% in 4 of 57 cases in group 2.There is statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Heat preservation during perioperative period can effectively prevent postoperative infections,reduce the risk of operation and increase patient comfort.
