摘    要:目的 通过对住院患者分离出的菌株进行分析,为降低患者感染及规范化治疗提供客观依据.方法 对医院2006-2010年神经内科10628例住院患者进行分析,对其中582例合并医院感染患者中分离出的864株病原菌在感染的种类、病因及细菌对抗菌药物的敏感性进行分析.结果 神经内科住院患者合并医院感染的发病率为5.48%,以呼吸系统及泌尿系统感染多见;革兰阳性球菌中凝固酶阴性葡萄菌检出率最高为7.99%,对万古霉素未出现耐药;革兰阴性杆菌中铜绿假单胞菌检出率最高为13.31%,对碳青霉烯类的耐药无明显变化.结论 及时的细菌学检查,合理应用抗菌药物及规范的医疗行为,是控制医院感染率的主要对策.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide the evidence for decreasing the occurrence of hospital infections by analyzing the bacteria strains isolated from the inpatients in department of neurology.METHODS A total of 10 628 cases in department of neurology from 2006 to 2010 were involved,the distribution of the infections,causes,and bacterial susceptibility of 864 isolated bacteria strains arising from 582 cases were analyzed.RESULTS The infection rate of these inpatients was 5.48%,and respiratory and urinary systems were most common sites with infections.The deteciotn rate of coagulase-negative Staphylococcus was the highest(7.99%) among gram-positive bacteria,and no strains resistant to vancomycin were detected,the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the highest(13.31%) among gram-negative bacilli,there was no significant variation of the resistance to carbapenem antibiotics.CONCLUSION Timely laboratory bacteriology examination,reasonable use of antibiotics,and standardized medical behavior are the most important factors of the control of nosocomial infections.
