全麻手术致下呼吸道感染的护理干预有效性研究

摘    要:目的 通过护理干预减少全麻手术引起下呼吸道感染的发生率.方法 将2008年10月-2010年10月在外科行全麻手术的250例住院患者,随机分成试验组125例,术中空气采用空气克菌片消毒、气管插管前用无菌生理盐水漱口、拔管前麻醉师用较细吸痰管深部(26~28 cm)充分吸痰,对照组125例,术中无空气消毒措施,气管插管前患者不漱口,拔除气管插管之前常规吸痰,吸痰深度约24~25 cm;观察两组下呼吸道感染发生率.结果 试验组患者下呼吸道感染率为12.8%,对照组患者感染率为24.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理干预能有效降低全麻手术致下呼吸道感染的发生.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infections caused by general anesthesia through nursing intervention.METHODS From Oct 2008 to Oct 2010,totally 250 patients who underwent anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into two groups;125 patients were set as experimental group,which was disinfected by air bacteria gram piece during the operation,sterile saline was used for mouthwash before endotracheal intubation,and the anesthetist used the deepest part(26-28cm) of smaller suction tube for sputum;125 patients were set as the control group,which was treated without the air disinfections during the operation,didn’t use the mouthwash methods before tracheal intubation,and performed conventional sputum suction with the depth of suction of about 24-25cm;the incidence of lower respiratory tract infections of the two groups was observed.RESULTS The rate of respiratory tract infections in the patients was 12.8% in the experimental group and 24.8% in the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the anesthesia-induced respiratory tract infections.
