青光眼复合式小梁切除手术后感染性眼内炎的危险因素及防范措施

目的 探讨青光眼复合式小梁切除手术后发生感染性眼内炎的危险因素及防范措施.方法 对2003年1月-2010年12月青光眼患者行复合式小梁切除手术后并发感染性眼内炎的病例进行回顾性分析.结果 492例患者术后发生感染性眼内炎5例,其中急性眼内炎2例,迟发性眼内炎3例,均发生于薄壁滤过泡患者;青光眼复合式小梁切除手术后,发生感染性眼内炎有危险因素、局部因素及其他因素.结论 青光眼复合式小梁切除手术后,密切观察病情变化、严格控制丝裂霉素C的使用、强化眼部消毒处理、严格执行操作规程、重视健康教育,能防范感染性眼内炎的发生.

Risk factors and prevention measures of endophthalmitis after glaucoma filtering surgery

OBJECTIVE To discuss the risk factors and prevention of endophthalmitis after glaucoma filtering surgery.METHODS The cases with glaucoma filtering surgery from Jan 2003 to Dec 2010 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS Among 492 cases(eyes) underwent glaucoma filtering surgery,5 cases occurred in endophthalmitis,including two of acute endophthalmitis and three of late endophthalmitis.All cases with acute endophthalmitis or late endophthalmitis had a thin-walled bleb.The risk factors for endophthalmitis were glaucoma filtering surgery,local factors and other factors.CONCLUSION Close observation of conditions,strict control of using MMC,enforcement of the eye disinfection,strict aseptic technique and the stress on healthcare education can prevent the infectious endophthalmitis.
