上消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌感染情况分析

目的 分析上消化道疾病患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染情况,为临床防治提供依据.方法 对医院2011年3月-2011年6月1280例上消化道疾病患者的检测资料进行分析.结果 1280例患者Hp感染744例,感染率为58.1％；各年龄段比较差异无统计学意义；慢性浅表性胃炎Hp阳性率为43.9％、慢性萎缩性胃炎为63.8％、慢性胃炎为48.4％、十二指肠溃疡为94.7％、胃溃疡为72.1％、复合性溃疡为100.0％、消化性溃疡为86.1％、胃癌Hp为60.7％,其中消化性溃疡Hp感染最高,慢性胃炎最低.结论 上消化道疾病与Hp感染有密切关系,临床应注意进行积极防治.

Helicobacter pyloriinfection in patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases

OBJECTIVE To analyze the Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infections in patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases and provide evidence for clinical prevention and treatment.METHODS A total of 1280 cases of upper digestive tract diseases from our hospital from Mar.2011 to Jun.2011 were analyzed.RESULTS Of the 1280 cases,Hp infection was detected in 744 cases,with the infection rate of 58.1%.The difference in age was not statistically significant.Hp-positive rate was 43.9% in patients with chronic superficial gastritis,63.8% in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,48.4% in patients with chronic gastritis,94.7% in patients with duodenal ulcer,72.1% in patients with gastric ulcer,100% in patients with complex ulcer,86.1% in patients with peptic ulcer and 60.7% in patients with gastric cancer.The incidence of Hp infection was the highest among patients with peptic ulcer and lowest in patients with chronic gastritis.CONCLUSION Upper gastrointestinal disease is closely associated with Hp infection,the active prevention should be perforined in clinical practice.
