摘    要:目的 了解血培养中常见病原菌构成及对抗菌药物的耐药性.方法 对2008-2010年血培养结果进行回顾性分析.结果 2308份送检血培养标本检出病原菌241株,阳性率为10.4%,其中革兰阳性菌96株占39.8%,革兰阴性菌145株占60.2%,未发现耐万古霉素葡萄球菌及耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科.结论 临床医师应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,对控制医院感染和减少多药耐药菌株的出现意义重大.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogenic bacteria distribution and antibiotic resistance of the isolates from blood samples. METHODS Blood culture data from 2008 to 2010,were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Totally 241 pathogens were isolated from 2308 blood culture samples and the positive rate was 10.4%.Ninety-six gram-positive bacteria strains accounted for 39.8%,145 gram-negative bacteria strains accounted for 60.2%,but vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and imipenem-resistant enterobacteriacea were not found. CONCLUSION Clinicians should use the antibiotics reasonably based on the drug susceptibility results in order to control nosocomial infections and reduce multidrug-resistant bacteria.
