医院政策干预对抗菌药物使用强度的影响

目的 分析医院政策干预后住院患者抗菌药物使用强度的变化.方法 回顾性调查2010、2011年3-8月住院患者抗菌药物总使用剂量,用Excel2003进行统计,以限定日剂量(DDD)为单位,计算抗菌药物使用强度,并进行比较分析.结果 在医院政策干预下2011年住院患者抗菌药物使用强度,较2010年同期下降3.99～12.17DDD,临床科室2011年抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)值为74.68,比2010年同期AUD78.1有所下降.结论 加强抗菌药物使用的监督和管理,能更好地促进抗菌药物的合理应用.

Influence of policy interventions on intensity of clinical use of antibiotics

OBJECTIVE To analyze the change of intensity of the use of antibacterials after policy interventions were implemented in the hospital.METHODS Retrospective survey of the total dosage of antibacterials of the hospitalized patients from Mar to Aug in 2010 and 2011 was performed,the data were taken for statistics by Excel 2003,the intensity of usage of antibacterials was calculated and analyzed with unit of defined daily dose(DDD).RESULTS As compared with the same period in 2010,the intensity of usage of antibacterials in 2011 decreased by 3.99～12.17 DDD under the policy interventions,the AUD of 2011 was 74.68,which was declined as compared with 78.1 of the same period in 2010.CONCLUSION To strengthen the supervision and management of antibact terials can contribute to the reasonable use of antibiotics.
