ICU患者抗菌药物使用的调查分析

目的 通过对ICU患者使用抗菌药物情况的调查分析,为指导临床合理用药提供依据.方法 对医院2011年1-6月ICU患者进行回顾性调查分析.结果 所调查的151例患者中,使用抗菌药物128例,抗菌药物使用率为84.8％,其中治疗性用药占81.3％,预防性用药占18.8％；送检104例细菌学标本,送检率为81.3％,细菌培养阳性结果98例,分离出病原菌122株.结论 医院ICU抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍存在使用率偏高、无细菌学证据使用抗菌药物比例偏大等问题,应切实采取有效干预措施,加强ICU抗菌药物合理应用的管理.

Investigation and analysis of antibiotic application for ICU patients

OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibacterial drug use in our hospital,provide references for the clinical application of antibacterial.METHODS The clinical data of the patients in intensive care unit from Jan to Jun 2011 were retrospectively investigated.RESULTS Of 151 investigated cases,the proportion of patients received antibiotics was 84.8%(128 cases),for therapentic use was 81.3%,for prophylactic use was 18.8%;98 cases were culture positive,and 122 strains of pathogens were isolated.CONCLUSION The use rate of the antibacterial agents is high.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective intervention and improve management of antibiotics application in ICU.
