荆州市假丝酵母菌属医院感染的菌群分布及耐药性探讨

目的 探讨荆州市医院感染假丝酵母菌属的分布及耐药特点,为临床控制真菌感染提供实验室依据.方法 真菌培养、鉴定和药敏试验严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行.结果 感染真菌主要是白色假丝酵母菌占62.1％,热带假丝酵母菌占20.3％；假丝酵母菌属对两性霉素B和制霉菌素敏感率均为100.0％;对伊曲康唑及酮康唑的耐药率为8.3％～27.3％,对氟康唑耐药率有上升趋势,为13.6％～36.4％.结论 应遵照真菌病原学检查和药敏结果选择抗真菌药物,才能提高真菌感染临床治愈率.

Flora distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Candida causing nosocomial infections in Jingzhou

OBJECTIVE To approach the flora distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Candida causing nosocomial infections in Jingzhou and offer experimental evidence of clinical control of fungal infections.METHODS Fungal culture,identification,and drug susceptibility testing were performed strictly according to National Guide to Clincal Laboratory Operation Procedures.RESULTS Pathogenic fungi mainly included C.albicans(62.1%) and C.tropicalis(20.3%).The susceptibility rates to amphotericin B and nystatin were 100.0%;the resistance rates to itraconazole and clotrimazole varied between 8.3% and 27.3%,the resistance rate to fluconazole kept upward tendency,varying from 13.6% to 36.4%.CONCLUSION The clinician should use the antifungal drugs according to etiological examination and the result of susceptibility testing so as to raise the cure rate of fungal infections.
