大肠埃希菌尿路感染合并革兰阴性杆菌性败血症调查

目的 调查大肠埃希菌所致的革兰阴性杆菌性败血症主要标本来源.方法 按照卫生部《全国临床检验操作规程》第3版的方法采集尿培养、血培养；血培养用美国BD9050全自动血培养仪；鉴定和药敏试验采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATBExpression自动细菌鉴定仪.结果 2010年7月-2011年7月322份血培养阳性,其中90株大肠埃希菌有60株来自尿路感染,占66.7％.结论 尿路感染是革兰阴性杆菌侵入血流的最主要途径之一；血培养、尿培养同时做,有利于查找败血症感染灶.

Investigation on Escherichia colicausing urinary tract infections complicated with gram-negative bacillary sepsis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the main specimen source of Escherichia coli causing gram-negative bacillary sepsis.METHODS Urine culture and blood culture were conducted according to the methods in the National Clinical Laboratory Procedures(3rd edition),using the United States BD9050 fully automatic blood culture system;the identification and the drug susceptibility were analyzed by the French bioMerieux ATBExpression automatic bacterial identification instrument.RESULTS From Jul.2010 to Jul.2011,positive blood culture was found in 322 cases,among which 60 out of 90 cases were with E.coli causing urinary tract infections.CONCLUSION Urinary tract infection is one of the most important ways to cause gram-negative bacillary sepsis.Blood culture and urine culture executed at the same time can contribute to the locating of the focus of infection of sepsis.
