负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的护理对策

目的 总结负压封闭引流技术( VSD)治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的护理方法及体会.方法 对43例进行VSD治疗的患者进行心理疏导、术中配合管理和术后创面及引流装置护理,并观察其治疗效果与并发症.结果 43例患者,随访6～12个月,所有患者均取得了良好的治疗效果；其中41例创面无肌腱骨骼外露,肉芽生长良好,细菌培养均呈阴性,创面修复好;另外2例因骨外露面积较大和感染肉芽生长停滞再次行皮瓣修复.结论 充分细致地做好VSD治疗骨科创伤及感染创面护理,可提高治疗效果,促进创面愈合.

Vacuum sealing drainage technique in treatment of orthopedic wound infections

OBJECTIVE To summarize the nursing experience of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in treatment of orthopedic wound infections.METHODS Preoperative psychological counseling,intraoperative management,and postoperative nursing of wounds and drainage equipments were carried out for 43 patients who had underwent VSD treatment,efficacy of the treatments and the complications were observed.RESULTS Within the 6-12 months follow-up,all of 43 patients achieved good treatment efficacy;the wounds of 41 cases healed without exposed tendons skeleton and bacterial infection,and the other 2 cases received skin flap due to the large scale of bone exposed and stagnant growth of granulation.CONCLUSION Careful nursing for orthopedic wound infections after VSD treatment can improve the curative effect and promote the wound healing.
