摘    要:目的 观察分析患儿变异性哮喘(CVA)与肺炎支原体(MP)感染之间的关系.方法 观察组按照儿童CVA防治常规治疗,对照组给予常规抗感染治疗;两组患儿均应用间接血球凝集法测定MP-IgM,并对两组检测结果进行分析.结果 观察组MP阳性率为41.9%,对照组的阳性率为15.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组MP-IgM阳性与阴性患儿外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数和血清总IgE水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 MP感染与变异性哮喘密切相关,可诱导CVA的发生与发展,MP感染的CVA患儿在CVA防治常规治疗基础上给予大环内酯类药物可以取得良好治疗效果.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe and analyze the relationship between cough variant asthma and mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.METHODS The observation group was treated with CVA preventive therapy while the control group was treat with common anti-infection therapy.The indirect hemagglutination method was used for the determination MP-IgM.2ml blood were taken from all children and centrifugal separation of serum at 2000r/min was applied for 15min.After separation of serum,and it was put in refrigerator of-20 ℃ for test.MP-IgM was determined by Japan Seroida-Mgcoll reagents,strictly according to kit instructions,prompt positive titer ≥1∶80 was MP infection.Two groups of test results were analyzed.RESULTS The MP-positive rate in the observation group was 41.86%(36/86).It was significant higher than MP-positive rate of 15.12%(13/86) of the control group(P<0.01).It was statistical significantly for MP-IgM positive rate and negative peripheral blood eosinophil counts and total serum IgE levels for the observation group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION MP infection and CVA are closely related.It may lead to the occurrence and development of CVA.Mcrolides plus common CVA therapy can achieve good treatment results in CVA prevention and MP infection prevention.
