医院特殊抗菌药物的使用分析

目的 分析医院特殊抗菌药物的使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和管理提供依据.方法 对医院2010年1月-2011年1月特殊抗菌药物的用约金额、科室分布、用药频度(DDDS)、审批等方面进行统计分析.结果 医院特殊抗菌药物中亚胺培南/西司他丁用量较大；头孢吡肟存在严重的超量；呼吸科与ICU使用抗菌药物的品种数与金额最高；抗真菌药人均费用最高；头孢吡肟的分级管理较差.结论 特殊抗菌药物的使用和管理存在较多问题,需要加强对该类药物的适应证和分级管理进行干预.

Analysis of application of antibiotics for special use

OBJECTIVE To analyze usage of antibiotics for special use in our hospital and to provide reference to clinical rational use of medicine and management.METHODS The utilization of antibiotics for special use in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Jan 2011 was analyzed with sales data,distribution department,approval condition and DDDS.RESULTS Larger amount of using in specialized antibacterials was imipenem.The cefepime use was serious beyond the dose.Specialized antibacterials were used most largely and frequently in ICU and respiratory department,and antifungals took up the first place in the average cost.The use of cefepime was in poor hierarchical management.CONCLUSION There are more problems about usage and management of special antibiotics in our hospital.It is necessary to advance the intervention for indications and hierarchical management.
