上海市社区青光眼患者局部降眼压药物应用现状调查

目的 调查社区青光眼患者局部使用降眼压药物的用药规范性及对青光眼知识的了解情况,发现社区青光眼治疗存在的问题,寻找进行健康教育、防止青光眼进展的途径.方法 应用自行设计的调查表对上海宝山区庙行镇社区320例确诊为青光眼的患者进行问卷式调查,了解局部降眼压药物使用规范情况和对青光眼知识的了解情况.结果 199例患者点眼药水不规范,用药不规范率为62.2%.其中眼液污染率为36.3%;患者点眼药水前不洗手率为40.6%;患者点眼药水后闭眼时间＜3 min,使用≥2种眼药水的间隔时间＜10 min,其不规范率分别为55.6%、38.3%.152例社区青光眼患者有对青光眼知识了解贫乏,贫乏率为47.5%.结论 社区青光眼患者局部用药不规范,定期进行用药指导和提供方便可行的健康教育及干预措施很有必要.
