艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗首发抑郁症的随机对照研究

【目的】评价艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症的疗效与安全性。【方法】将102例首发抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分剐给予艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗，疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。【结果】治疗6周，艾司西酞普兰组的有效率为82．4％（42／51），文拉法辛组的有效率为78．4％（40／51），两组问差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。【结论】艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛疗效相仿，是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。

Randomized Controlled Study of Escitalopram and Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Depression

[Objective]To study the efficacy and safety of escitalopram in the treatment of depression. [Methods]A total of 102 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups which received escitalopram or venlafaxine for 6 weeks, respectively. The efficacy was assessed with Hamiltion depression scale （HAMD） and the side effects were evaluated with the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）. [Results] After 6 week treatment, the effective rate of escitalopram and venlafaxine were 82.4% and 78.4%, respec tively. There was no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Escitalopram is an effective antidepressant with satisfactory safety.
