战时卫勤信息化基本理论探讨

介绍了战时卫勤信息、信息流及信息化的基本概念和主要持征．提出了我军战时卫勤信息化的主要工作．即开展战时卫勤信息和信息化总体规划和顶层设计、组织战时卫勤信息资源、开发战时卫勤信息系统、扩展卫勤信息网络、培养卫勤信息化人才。同时．提出了我军进行战时信息化建设应该以新时期军事战略方针为依据．以战时卫勤需求为牵引．以现代卫勤理论为指导．以信息标准化为基础．以信息技术的应用为重点．以形成新型保障力、保障关系为建设评价标准；坚持统一组织、整体规划．需求牵引、科技先行．突出重点、加强协作．分步实施、协调发展的基本原则。

Study on Basic Theory of Informationization of Medical Services at Wartime

The author introduced the basic concept and main characteristics of information of medical services, information flow and informationization at wartime, then put forward key tasks on informationization of medical services of CPLA at wartime. Such as developing general planning of informationization of medical services, organizing information resource, developing information system, extending information network, training information talents for wartime use. Meanwhile, the author put forward basic principle as construction of military information should be in accordance with military strategic policy in new era, the need for medical services at wartime, and modern theory of medical services. It should base on standardization of information, lay stress on application of information technique to form new type of supporting ability and relation.
