随机模糊神经网络在DNA微注射量信息融合控制中的应用

摘    要:气压电控式DNA微注射量单因素控制方案中存在准确性较差的问题。本研究提出了一种基于随机模糊神经网络的微注射量多信息融合的控制方案,实现了注射压力、注射时间,以及微注射针尖端径等多种参数的信息融合控制。实验结果表明,较之单因素控制方案,本法的控制精度得到较大改善,而且对于参数测量中存在的噪声污染由较强的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:The single-factor controlling accuracy of the DNA microinjection volume by a pneutronic controller has been limited and needs improvement.A method based on stochastic fuzzy neural network(SFNN) to fuse controlling factors' information,including injection pressure,time and pipette's size,etc.was presented in this paper,by which the controlling of DNA microinjection volume was expected to be improved.The experimental results showed that,compared with the single-factor control,the proposed method was more effective,and less sensitive to the noise in the input parameters' measurement.
