摘    要:目的分析人喉上神经内支喉内分支分布情况,探讨其在喉嗓音生理学方面的意义。方法采用显微神经解剖及组织学银染法对100例正常新鲜人半喉的喉上神经内支各级分支的走行及分布范围进行分析。结果喉上神经内支整个行程可分为三段,在其第一段上没有发出分支,在第二及第三段上开始发出分支,大多数情况下,分为三个主支———内上支、中间支及后下支。会厌两面、声带后2/3段及杓间区分别为内上支、中间支及后下支支配。后下支一个亚支参与形成嘎氏(Galen)神经吻合支。结论喉上神经内支在穿入甲舌膜前没有分支,其在喉内发出分支的类型与数目变异较大,对杓间肌的分支性质应为感觉支。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the various nervous distributions of the internal branch of the human superior laryngeal nerve and to explore its significance in laryngeal physiology. Methods The microdissection and histological silver dying on the laryngeal nerve of 100 normal fresh human hemilarynx was used in order to study the nervous courses and its innervation region. Results The course of the superior laryngeal nerve is divided into three portions. There are ramifications on the second and third portion but no on the first.In most of the specimens, the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve divides into three main branches,i.e. the superointernal,the middle and the posteroinferior branch.The two sides of the epiglottis, the posterior two thirds part of the vocal cord and the interarytenoid region are respectively innervated by these three branches.One subbranch of the posteroinferior branch takes part in the construction of the Galen's ansa. Conclusion The internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve doesn't ramify before its penetration into the thyrohyoid membrane.The pattern and the number of its subbranches vary greatly in the larynx. The role of the branch to the interarytenoid muscle must be sensitive.
