术后早期炎性肠梗阻17例诊治分析

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的特点及诊断治疗原则。方法回顾性分析术后早期炎性肠梗阻17例的临床特征及治疗结果。结果16例经过胃肠减压,完全胃肠外营养等非手术治疗痊愈出院,1例手术后并发肠瘘,转外院治疗3月后痊愈。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻表现具有其特殊性,充分认识,完善检查可以提高对其的诊断,治疗以非手术治疗为主,手术往往引起严重的并发症。

Analysis on Early Postoperative Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction in 17 Cases

Objective To discuss the characteristics and the diagnostic and therapeutic principle of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out in 17 patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Results Out of the patients,16 were healed up and left the hospital after being given gastrointestinal decompression,exterior gastrointestinal nutrition and so on,and one was complicated with intestinal fistula and transferred into other hospital(healed up via three months' therapy).Conclusion Early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction,whose manifestation is special,ought to be fully recognized.Complete examination is helpful to the improvement in the diagnosis.Furthermore,conservative or non-operative therapy acts as the main means to the disease,for surgical operation often makes for sever complication.
