针刀为主治疗寰枢椎不稳颈椎病及生物力学原理浅析

目的阐述在生物力学原理指导下针刀治疗寰枢椎不稳的思路与方法。方法对73例枢椎旋转移位的患者采用针刀松解寰枢椎动、静力失衡的应力超常部位,配合手法正骨3～5次,佩戴颈托2星期。结果治愈率达94.5%,有效率为100%。结论纠正颈椎动、静力失衡是治疗寰枢椎不稳的关键。

Knife Needle Treatment for Cervical Spondylosis with Atlantoaxial Instability and Preliminary Analysis of Its Biomechanical Mechanism

Objective To elucidate the thought and method of treating atlantoaxial instability with a knife needle under biomechanical principles. Methods Seventy-three patients with atlantoaxial rotatory displacement were treated by loosing the atlantoaxial part overstressed by dynamic/static disequilibrium with the cooperation of performing manual bone setting 3-5 times and wearing a neck support collar for 2 weeks. Results The cure rate and the efficacy rate were 94.5% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion Rectifying cervical spine dynamic/static disequilibrium is the key to treat atlantoaxial instability.
