摘    要:[目的]了解化学法二氧化氯发生器所产二氧化氯消毒剂对饮水消毒的效果,以指导水源消毒.[方法]按照卫生部〈消毒技术规范〉(2002年版),采用滤膜法进行饮水消毒杀菌效果及影响因素测定等试验.[结果]投加含0.25 mg/L二氧化氯的消毒剂,作用0.5 min,对人工染菌水样及天然水样中大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100%;水温、pH值和有机物对该消毒剂杀菌效果影响不明显.[结论]用该二氧化氯发生器所产二氧化氯消毒剂消毒饮水,投加量0.25mg/L,作用时间0.5 min即可达消毒要求.

Abstract:[ Objective ] In order to know the efficacy of chlorine dioxide produced by chlorine dioxide generator in disinfection of drinking water and to guide disinfection of source of water. [ Methods ] According to "Technical Standard For Disinfection", filter membrane method was used for germicidal test in disinfection of drinking water and measuring influencing factors test. [ Results ] The disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 0.25 mg/L with a 0.5 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli in water, the temperature, pH value and the organic substance had not obvious influence on its germicidal efficacy. [ Conclusion ] The disinfectant produced by chlorine dioxide generator is useful for disinfection of drinking water , the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 0.25 mg/L with a 0.5 min contact time can fulfill the requirement of disinfection.
