鼻咽癌细胞形态定量分析

应用图像分析仪对正常鼻咽上皮细胞、单纯增生或化生、异型增生或化生及鼻咽癌上皮细胞进行了细胞形态定量分析，共分析了６０个标本，测定了１３项几何参数。结果表明：正常鼻咽上皮细胞至癌变是一个连续的阶段性的微细量变到质变的过程。

Quantitative Analysis of Celluar Morphology of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

? We were engaged in quantitative analysis of cellular morphology on epithelium cell of normal nasopharynx and that of simply hyperplasia or metaplasia and that of atypical hyperplasia or metaplasia and that of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by means of picture analyser. In this paper, 60 samples were analysed and 13 geometrical paramters were measured. The results showed that it was a process of continual, sectionary and subtle quantitative change to qualitative change, which normal nasopharyngeal epithelium cell proceeds to cancer.
