蚕蛹虫草抗肿瘤作用的研究

摘    要:蚕蛹虫草水煎剂给予小白鼠灌胃,实验证明,具有明显抑制小鼠S_(180)瘤块生长,延长荷瘤小鼠寿命,降低小鼠荷瘤率;明显抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌原发灶生长和自发肺部转移;其作用机理通过提高机体免疫力,促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率,激活腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性。体外实验表明,具有直接抑制喉癌细胞生长及集落形成。蚕蛹虫草的作用在性质及强度上与冬虫夏草相近。

Abstract:In mice implanted with S180, decoction of Cordyceps Militaris Link given orally inhibited growth of the tumor, prolonged the survival period of the animals, and also reduced the tumor-loading rate. The decoction also showed inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of Lewis pulmonary cancer in the implanted mice. The experiment also showed that CML could promote transformation of lymphocytes in the spleen and the activity of phagocytes in the abdomen, and inhibited growth of the cultivated throat cancer cells or the formation of cancer cell colonies. The action of CML is similar to that of CSS in nature and intensity of action.
