颈动脉粥样硬化、血管内皮功能与冠心病的相关性研究

【目的】探讨颈动脉粥样硬化、肱动脉血管内皮功能与冠心病之间的关系。【方法】120例患者进行颈动脉超声、血管内皮舒张功能及64排冠状动脉CT检查。根据冠脉CT结果将入选患者分为冠心病（Coronary arterosclerotic heart disease,CHD）组及非CHD组。比较两组颈动脉粥样硬化、肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能。【结果】CHD组颈动脉硬化斑块较非CHD组明显增多;血管内皮舒张功能在CHD组与非CHD组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。【结论】颈动脉粥样硬化与血管内皮功能可预测冠心病的发生,可作为监测和评估冠心病的指标。

Studies on relationship between carotid artherosclerotic plaque and endothelial function with coronary artery disease

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between carotid artherosclerotic plaque and endothelial function with coronary artery disease.【Methods】A total of 120 patients underwent 64-slice CT coronary artery angiographies,carotid ultrasound and endothelial functions were measured by ultrasonography according to standardized methods The patients were divided into two groups according to the results of 64-slice CT coronary artery angiographies.【Results】Compared with non-Coronary arterosclerotic heart disease（CHD） group,The patients in CHD group had significantly increased carotid artherosclerotic plaque.Endothelial function decreased in CHD group.【Conclusions】Carotid artherosclerotic plaque and vascular endothelial function are independent predictors of coronary antery diease,carotid artherosclerotic plaque can be used as the index of monitoring and appraisal of CHD.
