| 摘 要： | 目的:观察冯氏捏脊手法治疗小儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)(脾胃虚弱型)的临床疗效。方法:符合标准的61例IDA患者随机分为治疗组23例,对照组38例。治疗组采用冯氏捏脊手法,对照组口服富马酸亚铁咀嚼片。结果:治疗组总有效率95.65%,对照组总有效率100.00%熏两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在改善贫血中医证候方面治疗组优于对照组。结论:冯氏捏脊疗法治疗小儿缺铁性贫血(脾胃虚弱型)具有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fengshi chiropractic therapy for iron deficiency anemia(IDA) in children (weakness of the spleen and the stomach). Methods: 61 cases were divided into the treating group(23 cases)and the control group(38 cases).The treating group was treated with Fengshi chiropractic therapy while the control group taken Ferrous Fumarat masticatory.Results: The totle efficient rate in treating group was 95.65 %,that in the control group was 100 %.There was no significant difference between 2 groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy for IDA in children (weakness of the spleen and the stomach)with Fengshi chiropractic is prior to Ferrous Fumarat masticatory. |
