摘    要:目的 研究新生儿疾病对早产儿智能发育的影响.方法 应用麦卡锡智能量表对283名4~9岁早产儿进行追踪研究.结果 患不同程度新生儿疾病的早产儿IQ值存在显著差异(P<0.0001),经多元逐步回归分析显示:NRDA、核黄疸、窒息程度和时间、化脓性脑膜(化脑)、惊厥、呼吸暂停、高血糖、肺炎等新生儿疾病,对早产儿智能发育有显著影响.结论 临床医师对影响早产儿智能发育的高危疾病应提高预见性,及早采取预防措施,并对存活早产儿尽早施行干预措施.

Abstract:ve To investigate the developmental intelligence situation in children after preterm infants with newborn infant's diseases. Methods Follow investigation was maken for 283 children aged 4 to 9 years with preterm infant using Mikacin child intelligence test table. And 283 children with normal full term infant were selected at random for normal control. Result The low IQ was much more in preterm infants group than in full term infants group(P < 0.0001). There were significant difference of IQ in different groups with different newborn infant's diseases (P<0. 0001). With polyfactor regressional analysis the newborn infant's diseases affecting IQ of preterm infant were in proper order: NRDS, kernicterus, the degree and time of asphyxia neonatorum, neonatal pyogenic meningitis, neonatal convulsions, neonatal apnea, neonatal hyperglycemia, neonatal preumonia and the later metabolic acidosis. Conclusions Newborn infant's diseases play a great role for development intelligence in preterm infants. Clinic doctors should improve the predictability of high risk diseases affected intelligent development and take preventive measure in premature infants early, administrate the intervenient events for living preterm infants more early.
