| 摘 要： | 苏州市于2006年试行新农合住院按病种结算。在调查研究的基础上,确定了实施住院按病种结算的60个病种及其结算指导价格,并加强对医疗机构的监管,控制医疗费用快速上升,受到病人、医院、经办机构和政府的认可与好评,初步取得了多方共赢的效果。
