| 摘 要： | 目的：对不同产地共8批白术的多糖合量进行了测定。方法：苯酚一硫酸比色法。结果：不同产地白术的多糖含量差异较大。结论：该法为白术的质量评价及质量控制提供了研究基础。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: Polysaccharide content of eight batches of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macroaphalae from different origins has been determined. METHOD: Phenol-sulfuric acid procedure is used. RESULTS: The content of polysaccharide of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae from different origins is quite different. CONCLUSION: This method has provided the basis for the study of the quality assessment and control of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. |
