利辛县艾滋病病人二线抗病毒治疗试点疗效评价

目的 分析评价利辛县艾滋病病人二线抗病毒治疗试点效果.方法 依据国家艾滋病二线抗病毒药物治疗试点工作要求筛选治疗失败病人,进行基线检测和服药依从性教育,统一更换为二线抗病毒治疗药物TDF+3TC+LPV/r.结果 二线药物抗病毒治疗3个月及6个月后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均有明显的增加,与治疗前基线相比较,3个月及6个月CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的增加差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001).二线约物抗病毒治疗3个月及6个月后大部分病人的病毒载量都得到了抑制(VL<50拷贝/ml),病毒学抑制率分别为82.4%和87.5%.服用二线抗病毒药物1个月内,主要药物毒副作用表现是恶心、腹泻、胃口改变、呕吐等消化道症状,但在治疗3个月及6个月时都有很大的改善.结论 二线抗病毒治疗方案发挥了很好的疗效,取得良好病毒学及免疫学的反应,没有发生严重毒副作用.

Evaluation of second-line antiretroviral therapy effect on AIDS patients in Lixin County pilot program

Objective To analyze and evaluate second-line antiretroviral therapy effect in Lixin County pilot program.Methods In accordance with National AIDS Second-line Antiretroviral Therapy Pilot Program,patients with treatment failure were selected,then their therapy regimen was shifed to TDF+3TC+LPV/r subseguent to conducting baseline test and adherence education.Results After treatment with second-line ART for three and six months,CD4+T cell counts increased obviously,and significant differences were found compared to results of baseline(P<0.001).Viral load were also suppressed to 82.4% and 87.5%,respectively(VL<50 copies/ml).The main side effects of drugs were nausea,diarrhea,change in appetite,vomiting,etc within one month.All these symptoms dwindled gradually later.Conclusion Second-line antiretroviral therapy regimen produces a satisfactory effect.
