| 摘 要： | 目的寻找治疗慢性喉炎的最佳治疗方案。方法回顾性分析2002~2007年220例慢性喉炎患者临床资料,利用统计学方法比较各种治疗方法的治愈率及有效率。结果治疗慢性单纯性喉炎的患者中,清咽滴丸与头孢拉定片加超短波并直流电碘离子(I-)导入治疗有较高的治愈率及有效率(p<0.05)。手术行声带息肉摘除后加声带内注射得宝松是治疗慢性肥厚性喉炎伴声带小结或声带息肉的首选方法。结论根据喉部粘膜不同的病理改变选择不同的治疗方案,且综合治疗仍极为关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To search the best therapeutic regimen for chronic laryngitis. Methods Restrospective investigation of the clinical data in 220 patients with chronic laryngitis from 2002 to 2007. Cure rate and effective power of treatments were compared by chi - square test, Results The treatment of Cephradine and QingYinDiWan for oral accompanied with ultrashort wave plus galvanoionivation I- was the best therapeutic regimen for chronic simple laryngitis. Meanwhile, surgical removal of vocal polyps and vocal nodules accompanied with vocal cord injection with diprospan was the best therapeutic regimen for chronic hypertrophic laryngitis with vocal polyps and vocal nodules. Conclusion The best therapeutic regimen was chosen according to the pathological change of membrana mucosa laryngis and combined therapy was the key. |
