摘    要:目的分析念珠菌感染患者的菌种分离鉴定和药敏试验结果,为临床提供病原学诊断和合理运用抗真菌药物作依据。方法采集164例患者的分泌物、排泄物标本分离真菌,疑为酵母样真菌者均采用YBC卡进行鉴定,并对分离出的念珠菌做抗真菌药敏试验。结果164株念珠菌共有8个种株,以白色念珠菌为主,占67.1%。各种念珠菌对制霉菌素等9种抗真菌药物均有不同程度的耐药性。结论各种念珠菌对临床常用抗真菌药物的敏感性程度明显不同,为合理使用抗菌药物以减少真菌感染,特别是耐药菌株感染的发生提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the results in determination of resistance 164 Candida isolates to antibiotics and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods The fungi in the specimens were cultured and isolated. The suspected yeast - like fungi were farther identified with YBC cards and tested for drug sensitivity. Results Totally 164 isolates belonging to 8 species of fungi were identified. Candida albicans was predominant, accounted for 67.1%. ALL the species of Candida were resistant to antibiotics with varying degrees. Conclusion Reasonably selection of anti - fungus agents is fundamentally important for effective treatment of fungus infection and slowing down the fast growth of drug resistance of fungi to antibiotics.
