| 摘 要： | 目的:了解脑出血血肿抽吸术在我国的应用情况。方法:通过检索我国4个医学文献数据库获取相关文献,根据血肿抽吸术术式的不同分为硬通道抽吸术(HTAC)类和软通道抽吸术(STAC)类,分析研究的地域分布、执行的医院等级、时间、手术时间窗、血肿部位、大小及手术方法。结果:共获得合格文献1205篇(72855例),其中HTAC文献851篇(49521例),STAC文献354篇(23334例);文献遍及全国31个省的各级医院;HTAC在基层医院和由神经内科医师比STAC开展更多(P0.001)。病例年龄在2～97岁。文献报道在90年代末逐年递增;HTAC增加幅度比STAC更显著(P0.001)。手术多在时间窗6～72h内完成。手术血肿见于颅内任何部位,其中以幕上血肿最多(66.9%)。作为手术适应证的血肿大小≥30mL的研究最多(55.9%)。HTAC手术方法高度一致,STAC却相差较大。结论:血肿抽吸术在我国得到广泛开展,近年发展迅速;手术适应证范围广。
