| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在诊断腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的临床价值。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的CT表现。结果8例脂肪肉瘤瘤体均表现为混杂密度,增强扫描瘤体呈不均匀强化,对瘤体CT值的测定具有重要的临床诊断意义。结论CT是诊断腹膜后脂肪肉瘤有效的检查方法,定位诊断正确率100%。对其病理类型的诊断具有重要临床诊断价值,但有一定限度。

| Abstract: | Discusses the diagnositic value of retroperitoneal fatty sarcoma by CT with 8 cases. All of 8 cases show mixed density and no- well- distributed enhancement. CT examination is valuable way in diagnosis of retroperitoneal fatty sarcoma with correct rate of 100% and help to allocate. |
