| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的可行性和临床效果及价值。方法回顾性分析2006年3月至2009年8月采用后腹腔镜下一期治疗43例双侧输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果全部患者均手术成功,平均手术时间125min,失血量50～90mL,住院时间8～15天,全部患者肾功能好转或正常。术中、术后无大出血、周围脏器损伤等严重并发症发生。结论一期后腹腔镜双侧输尿管上段切开取石术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,可部分取代开放手术。
