前列腺间质肉瘤临床病理观察

目的 探讨前列腺间质肉瘤的临床病理特征、病理诊断及鉴别诊断。方法 对1例前列腺间质肉瘤作常规HE染色及免疫组织化学标记，在显微镜下观察组织学形态及免疫组化表达，并进行文献复习。结果 前列腺间质肉瘤主要由排列成束状、编织状的长梭形细胞构成，短梭形细胞散在于长梭形细胞之间，细胞异型性明显，肿瘤内无腺性成分。肿瘤细胞Vimentin、CD34呈阳性表达。结论 前列腺间质肉瘤是一种少见的发生于前列腺特异性间质细胞的恶性肿瘤。病理诊断主要依靠病史及病理组织学形态和免疫组织化学，CD34阳性是诊断该肿瘤的重要依据之一。鉴别诊断主要包括发生于前列腺的平滑肌肉瘤、恶性神经鞘膜瘤、横纹肌肉瘤等。

Clinicopathologic Features of Prostatic Stromal Sarcoma

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features and the pathological diagnosis of the prostatic stromal sarcoma （PSS）. Methods One case of PSS was studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining, as well as review of the literature. Results PSS was composed of long spindle-shaped cells, these cells arranged in interlacing fascicles. Short spindle-shaped cells scatter at the long spindle-shaped cells. There were no gland elements in the tumor. Immunohistochemically, vimentin and CD34 were positive. Conclusion Stromal sarcoma rarely occurs in prostate. It originates from specialized prostatic stromal cell. Its pathological diagnosis should be combined with history, histopathological characteristics and immunohistochemistry. Positive of CD34 is one of the most important evidence for pathological diagnosis of PSS. The differential diagnosis of this tumor includes leiomyosarcoma, malignant schwannoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, and so on.
