冠状动脉钙化病变的介入治疗

介入治疗作为一种有效的血运重建手段,极大地改善了冠心病患者的生活质量和预后,但是冠状动脉钙化病变是介入治疗的难点。近年来,对冠状动脉钙化病变发病机制的深入研究,影像技术的发展加深了人们对钙化病变的认识,同时介入技术的进步提高了手术的成功率,减少了并发症的发生。现将冠状动脉钙化病变的发病机制、影像特点、治疗现状加以阐述。

Interventional Treatment of Coronary Artery Calcification Lesions

Interventional treatment as an effective means of revascularization greatly improves the quality of life and prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.However,the management of coronary artery calcification lesions is still challenging.In recent years,intensive studies on the pathogenesis of calcification lesions and the development of imaging technology enhance the understanding of the coronary artery calcification.Meanwhile,the progress of interventional techniques improve the interventional treatment success rate and reduce the complications.This review focuses on the pathogenesis,imaging features,current treatment of coronary artery calcification lesions.
